Sažetak
Pedagogical Institute of Vojvodina on October 12th 2019 in Novi Sad traditionally hosted the Fifth International Conference Interculturalism in Education (Interkult 2019). With its currently popular themes, the conference attracted more than thirty scientists and experts from Serbia and abroad (Croatia, Austria, Slovenia and Northern Macedonia). Plenary lectures were given in Croatian. As a result of the conference, the Institute published the Proceedings Interkult 2019 that comprises 13 selected papers (scientific and expert texts, or essays) written by 20 authors and coauthors. The Proceedings is divided into two chapters (Keynote speaker papers and Presentations), and following the principals of multiculturalism and multilingualism, it contains three papers each written in English, Croatian, Slovakian and Serbian, and one written in Macedonian, while all the abstracts are written in English. In their papers, the authors and coauthors primarily presented different approaches to complex issues of relations between (multi)lingualism and (inter)culturalism, especially in educational (glottodidactics) and school context.
