Sažetak
Comprehensive laboratory experiments were performed to address questions of bluff body aerodynamics. These topics encompass the aerodynamic design of a pressure tap cavity for unsteady aerodynamic pressure measurements, experimental methodology to model wind loads on structures in boundary layer wind tunnels, and surface pressure on wall-mounted cubes in turbulent boundary layers with particular emphasis on vortex structures and the effect of turbulence. The obtained findings are particularly relevant because these topics have wide-ranging practical implications.
