Sažetak
The purpose of this paper is to present a practical example of using lean methodology in machinery production company. With regard to paper purpose, case analysis was shown as a most suitable method of analysis. More specifically, a descriptive type of case study was used. The paper consists of a theoretical part which shows a brief history of lean methodology and the most significant segments of lean methodology. In a concrete example, it is shown that lean management has been incorporated into the manufacturing process of a machinery production company, and as such can serve as an example of a good practice for other companies. This gives the paper also an applicative purpose.
