Sažetak
The mechanistic approach to improving educational practice has been criticized for neglecting the fact that the process is determined by the unique culture of each school. Uniqueness of the culture of each educational institution requires a differentiated, rather than a universal approach to improving educational practice. Therefore, it is not possible to achieve transfer, i.e. copying successful practices from one institution to another. An educational institution is a living organism that is constantly transforming, reorganizing, and evolving so that all of its processes are complex, dynamic, and dependent on many variables and their interrelations.
