Sažetak
The article analyses European law in respect of national measures which affect free movement. It focuses on the question when do national measures present a restriction of the fundamental freedoms which have to be justified in order not to contravene the EC Treaty. The case law of the European Court in this area is not settled and its approach varies across the four freedoms. The paper discusses the possibility of having a uniform approach to all fundamental freedoms and it tries to establish its preferable features.
