Sažetak
Increased body temperature represents diagnostic challenge. A case of a 70- year- old male patient suffering from Parkinson's disease who suffered sudden deterioration of consciousness with extremely high body temperature is presented. Establishment of correct diagnosis is crucial in order to adequately treat the patient.
