Sažetak
It’s been long known that one picture says it all. Especially when it is combined with the main written message, picture helps to convey the message in the most powerful way. Nowadays, more than ever, is important to convey an idea more quickly and effectively than the written word. Especially if upon sharing on evidence based knowledge in right time, right place and to the right people, proper disease management and quality of patient’s life depends on. In order to maximize the use and impact of Cochrane Reviews, Cochrane UK team launched new tool for knowledge dissemination to a broader audience- a blogshot. Blogshot is infographic ; made as a single PowerPoint slide, presenting key information from a newest Cochrane Review. Knowledge presented in this way is easily shared via different kind of social media serving as advertisement encouraging the reader to find out more about the presented subject. Blogshots usually include: the title of the review, the logo of the Cochrane group or field that has created the blogshot, an image which visually reinforces the written information, procedure addressed in the review, key messages, and information about the certainty or quality of the evidence For those who want to engage in creation of blogshot comprehensive guidance document for producing blogshots exists. Cochrane rehabilitation team has started to play the blogshotting game since January, 2018. So where are you now, what are you waiting for?
