Sažetak
In Croatia, most of the public funding for health care is collected from employers through mandatory health care contribution for all the employed citizens. The rest is funding from the state annual budget. The health insurance plan is administered by Croatian Health Insurance Fund. There are two drug reimbursement drug lists: basic and supplementary. There is also the special list for the expensive drugs. The international reference pricing system is applied. Budget impact analysis is obligatory for each new drug application for the reimbursement.
