Sažetak
In the text that has length limits it will be rather difficult to cover all of genetic disorders and syndromes of orthopaedic interest that can produce of signs and symptoms around the elbow joint in paediatric age group. An appropriate approach could be to describe signs and symptoms that are frequent cause for consultation in out-patients orthopaedics clinics. As good examples, several conditions that can produce elbow contractures or instability as well as swelling and/or pain around the elbow joint will be described.
