Sažetak
We present a case report of a 52-year-old woman with prior history of breast cancer and left mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She was admitted to our hospital because of severe chest pain radiating to the back accompanied with cough. Her symptoms had begun a month before admission. Ten months before admission she had left mastectomy because of breast cancer and postoperative chemotherapy and radiation therapy had been applied by oncologist and radiotherapist control. TEE, CT with aortography revealed a giant dissecting aneurysm of descending aorta, up to 12 cm in maximum diameter. Finally it was decided to perform endovascular repair (TEVAR) of giant dissecting aneurysm by deploying two stent-grafts (Jotec Evita, 26-24/330 mm) between the level underneath left subclavian artery and from coeliac truncus to just underneath the diaphragm in other institution. After eight years follow-up she is doing well and is clinically asymptomatic.
