Sažetak
Volunteering is regulated by law which defines the goals of volunteering. The problem of many nonprofit organizations and associations is the number of active volunteers which would be willing to devote free time for general welfare and volunteering. On the other hand, important factors for the functioning of organizations are necessary financial resources that should be attracted in the form of donations from potential donors. Marketing tools that can be used to encourage volunteering are promotional activities that help in developing the volunteering anlture of the society, like organized debates and ads of the mass media. On the other hand, advertising, personal contact qnd distribution can be used to attract donors
