Sažetak
The whole academic educational system in Europe is changing very intensively and thoroughly. In small countries, within the concept of rational organisation of both, the health care system and educational system, international programs (enabling mobility) and virtual universities will insure adequate education of biomedical engineers and realted specialist profiles despite small labour market.
