Sažetak
This thesis include several changes to increase the quality of assembled microbial genomes. Noticeable improvements were made on a mock set with the introduction of sequence reusing, second assembly pass and unitig trimming. On the other hand, the attempts at resolving uneven coverage problems inspired by other assemblers felt short, even show digression in assembly on a provided data set.
