Sažetak
The plenary lecture would raise certain implementation and practical issues in the application of the Regulation, with reference to the European Certificate of Succession. In this context, the purpose of the Certificate is being determined, certain issues related to its issuance are being discussed, persons authorised to require its issuance, parties to the proceedings, costs of issuance (notary fee, court fee, attorney's fee), the validity of certified copies and actions taken after the expiration of certified copies of the Certificate and issues related to the rectification, modification or withdrawal of the Certificate and temporary suspension of its effects. In analysing the effects of the Certificate, the different practice of the competent authorities in the case of requesting and implementing appropriate registration of property rights under the Certificate, primarily on real estate in the land register, is taken into account.
