Sažetak
With very few dedicated children's healthcare institutions in Croatia placed mainly in big cities, children are very often imaged in adult radiology departments. As there is no subspecialisation in paediatric radiology in Croatia, children might be imaged by radiologists and technologists with no appropriate education. Furthermore, very few previous studies investigated issues related to justification and imaging protocols for paediatric patients in Croatia [1, 2]. Several recommendations and guidelines have been issued regarding imaging of paediatric patients (0-18) [3-6]. The aim of this study was to investigate the extent to which they have been implemented in Croatia
