Sažetak
The risers sizes of castings made using the combined technology of gas-dynamic pressure and electroslag heating are determined. Nomograms are constructed for determining the riser height by its diameter and the mass of cylindrical castings from steels the combined technology of gas-dynamic pressure and electroslag heating of the metal in riser, taking into account the possibility of varying the dimensions of the insert, which occupies a certain fraction of the volume of the part casting or ingot using different refractory materials.The calculations were performed for castings with a mass of diameter with variation in the ratio of the diameter of the casting to the diameter at 0.6, 0.65, and 0.7.
