Sažetak
Tourism will become one of the largest industries of the 21st century. One of the basic travel motives will become health as an important element of life quality. The focus of this paper is the quality of life and health tourism, especially the offer of spa-hotels in the USA tourist market. The aim of this paper is to show the necessity of creating a health tourism offer on the Croatian tourist market and inclusion in world trends.
