Sažetak
Artificial intelligence is mostly the branch of computer science that deals with the simulation of intelligent behaviour in computers. Another part of this field of science belongs to other sciences such as medical, psychological, philosophical and natural. While this explanation appears to be straightforward, there is no consensus among experts in the field around what specifically constitutes intelligence. Research group around professor David L. Poole (USA) have proposed that something ‘acts intelligently’ when: what it does is appropriate for its circumstances and its goals ; it is flexible to changing environment and changing goals ; it learns from experience ; it makes appropriate choices given its perceptual and computational limitations.
