Sažetak
Chronic spontaneous urticaria is a mast cell- driven disease characterised by recurrent wheals, angioedema or both. Patophysiology of chronic urticaria is a complex interplay between inflammatory cellular responses, autoimmunity, vasoactive mediators, platelet activation and coagulation. Higher mean platelet volume is associated with pediatric chronic spontaneous urticaria with more severe disease in the affected children
