Sažetak
Given the valuable role of nurses in providing quality healthcare, nursing programmes focus on preparing competent completed nurses. In this context, it is important to keep in mind that mere academic qualifcation is insufcient as nurses must have other qualities that will help them work more efciently. Nursing students therefore need to focus on specifc learning goals that will help them fulfl their role appropriately. Learning objectives for nursing students cover many dimensions of care. The goals of vocational education are focused on continuous learning related to nurturing and correcting skills shortages.
