Sažetak
Contemporary conditions of doing business in globalized World emphasized the importance of quality. In order to meet the customer needs and, at the same time, to succeed own success, companies need to establish and improve their own quality systems. Total quality management includes long term organizational loyalty to continuous improvement of quality trough out every process on all organizational levels. In this paper, the emphasis is put on the ISO quality certificate in Croatian Companies, as the First step in total quality management system adoption, as well as the incentives of Croatia`s Profit Tax Act concerning tax relives for certificate implementation.
