Sažetak
Digital health is multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary field and could include many areas like HRV analysis, telemonitoring, telerehabilitation, computing in cardiology, e- Health, m-health, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, big data and much more. Regarding only CR it’s time to try to make a progress in several new areas. The experience from one Croatian CR centre, where is successfully implemented outpatient CR, great progress in treating patients and their QoL was also done by applying biosignal processing method with new, holistic methods. The HRV analysis based on non-linear methods with theory of chaos and string which could generate the fractal picture of the patient’s heart is a known method although rarely used. But, quite a new combination is HRV analysis with music--therapy and chromo- therapy. It gives a very special combination called “fractal chromo- music therapy”. It means that we could give patient chromo-therapy based on pictures and colours of his heart generated from the digital data of the ECG signal of the patients during the program of cardiac rehabilitation, and music therapy composed especially for the patient by the professional piano player, very well educated in receptive music- therapy with the cardiac patients. It is very interesting and encouraging. This combination of therapies could be particularly useful in a new emerging group of patients who need the cardiac rehabilitation, mostly cardio- oncology patients (patients after cancer therapy or immunotherapy with cardiotoxicity and heart & ; brain problem patients (neurocardiology), cause, they are very vulnerable because they have already been dealt heavy and as a rule severe and damaging therapy. So, they need some new and gentler approach. We hope that combination of standard and new techniques could achieve better inclusion of patients in the program, and maintained CR positive effect during patient follow-up after the implemented rehabilitation
