Sažetak
During the dual transition of the early 1990s, as part of the economic stabilization package conditioned by international lending institutions, and not unlike what other transition countries underwent, Croatia postponed most of its health care restructuring reforms to the second wave of reforms that would follow the macroeconomic stabilization reforms. However, the second wave of reforms, which required a significant restructuring of the health care system, never came on the government’s agenda with the same urgency.
