Sažetak
The paper builds upon Christano's and Kitcher's approach to the division of epistemic and political labor, and argues that experts should have special role in democratic decision-making process. While the citizens should determine the aims the society wants to pursue, the experts should develop streategies and mechanisms (means) that can be used to reach these aims.
