Sažetak
All the same - all different, the syntax is that confirms the everyday life of the pupils in the school. Almost every classroom has students who perform the school responsibilities with extreme ease and those with whom the smallest task is doing the problems. In today's documents, both groups of students fall into special needs pupils, and offer one supplementary one, while others provide additional classes. Many children in our schools are not successful enough because they do not fully exploit their potentials. The school carries observation, monitoring and encouragement of gifted students and organizing them further work according to their preferences, abilities and interests. Recognizing and discovering gifted students is an important step in effective work with gifted students from a differentiated curriculum to accessing sources of specific knowledge. In this paper, authors describe the challenges and possible solutions encountered by teachers with gifted students.
