Sažetak
The purpose was to present the impact of digital economy on employment in Croatia. Author did it in three steps. First by presenting two main causes of employment related changes (i.e market pressure issues and new technologies), then by analysis on the level of business restructuring and labour market, then on employment modalities and social security and taxation concerns which might all also effect the future sustainability and the level of social security benefits. Finally, author presented options de lege ferenda in order to reach the two goals set by the European Pillar of Social Rights, i.e. "secure and adaptable employment" (Principle 5 of EPSR)and "social protection regardless of employment type" (Principle 12 EPSR).
