QUantum Device Engineering for Nanoelectronics (QUDEN) 2.0 is a quantum transport (NEGF) simulator based on the tight-binding atomistic approach for the study of transport properties of nanoribbons with disorder (edge defects, vacancies and potential fluctuations). Version 2.0 includes silicene, germanene, phosphorene, mobility analysis, etc.
