Sažetak
The energy efficiency in Kosovo is characterized by a high degree of unsustainability. Figures show high spending on electricity, mostly in household sectors. However, the focus has been into intervening and investing in energy efficiency in public buildings. Such initiative is incentivized from meeting the local requirements on EE, nonetheless, the implementation program has experienced several obstacles. Research is performed to present the current situation and measures undertaken to improve the energy efficiency on a public building. A set of statistical data and interviews will try to support the research.
