Sažetak
The authors analyse the pieces of legislation as well as the relevant case law in Croatia regarding the protection of employees in case of accidents at work or sickness. The focus of the contribution is on different claims of employees: civil law claims, labour law claims, short term social security benefits and long term social security benefits.
