Sažetak
Road traffic accidents are becoming a major death cause in the world. The main cause of these accidents is inappropriate and excessive speed. In addition, speed has a negative impact on the environment, particularity in terms of noise and increased fuel consumption, which implies that good speed management results in enhanced traffic safety and lower negative impact on the environment.
