The Paper analyses some of the most important problems that the bodies of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy have encountered in pracitical application of the Zagreb Rules and the Decision on Costs in Arbitration and Conciliation Proceedings and gives proposals for some new solutions.
