Sažetak
The goal of the action is to motivate and stimulate adults in towns and districts of the Republic of Croatia to fully satisfy the rights and needs of children, as recognised in the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child. Every town and district in Croatia can take part in the action if they voluntarily decide to achieve the goals and programme of the action and are ready to show and prove what they have done and what they have been doing for children, the youngest part of the society. Programm has got 10 main criteria which covers all important fields of child life. Every town and district which achieves at leat 80% of the programme in this action and can prove it by indicators and evidence, will be given by the organiser of the action the honorary title Town-Friend of Children or District-Friend of Children for the achieved exemplary welfare care in all areas of the children's life.
