Sažetak
Due to a great advance of medicine, thanks to technical achievements a number of dilemmas and problems related to health and disease, relation between doctors and patient, patient's rights, beneficience of physicians and the authonomy of patient arise. These dilemmas and problems are closely associated with ethics, law, benefit, utility and harmfulness in treatments or research. Modern medicine, both diagnostic and therapy, brings great financial problems and there are many efforts to rationalize health care. At the same time medical ethical principles should be provided in assuring the right to life and health for everybody . Accessability of medical proceduresis is definitely a part of all mentioned cathegories. The moral component is today mostly affected. The syntagm "primum non nocere" slowely but systematically loses its status of native practice in medicine as well as medical law.
