Sažetak
On archaeological site Vučedol (Croatia) the most pronounced cultures are originated from Eneolithic period: Baden (3 400 – 2 900 BC), Kostolac (3 250 – 3 000 BC) and Vučedol (3 000 – 2 200 BC). From escavation during 1984/85., bovine bones of 1st and 2nd preserve degree were separated. The analyzed sample contains 10 metapodial bones, on which sex were determined, and 1 os radius. The withers height were determined based on GL (Greatest Length) of each bone, multiplicated with intermediate factor for withers height estimation (Driesch and Boessneck, 1973). The mean of whole analyzed population withers height is 1244, 45 mm, with 26, 68% of variation. The most numerous are domesticated females and in that population the mean of withers height is 1169 mm, with 11, 97% of variation.
