Sažetak
In accordance with Article 37 (4) of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation, the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) has adopted an opinion on the proposal for harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) of phosmet (EC Number: 211-987-4, CAS Number: 732-11-6). The proposal was submitted by Spanish competent authority. It was proposed to classify phosmet as Repr. 2, Acute Tox. 4 for inhalation toxicity, Acute Tox. 3 for oral toxicity, and STOT SE 1 (nervous system), in addition to already existing classification as Aquatic Acute 1 and Aquatic Chronic 1.
