Sažetak
Pensions are the most important income replacement benefit in the old-age for majority o people. Especially fragile are persons using their right to free movement and working around EEA countries, even more are those of them who are atypical workers. So the purpose of this presentation is to pinpoint some problematic provisions of the EU acquis legislation in the field of FM and CSSS regarding pensions (both public and occupational. Author tried to highlight those provisions that might have negative financial consequences (both to future pension adequacy of such mobile atypical workers, as well a to pension system finances).
