Sažetak
This paper describes the methods and the course of the identification of 59 war victims from Kupres battlefield, Bosnia and Herzegovina, killed in the period April-May 1992. This remains were delivered in the advanced state of decomposition at the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine, Split University Hospital, after five exchanges of prisoners and postmortal remains with Serbian paramilitary forces during 1993. Using the standard methods of identification, 35 persons were identified. For the other 25 persons, the process of identification is still under way.
