Sažetak
Franchising as organizational form, continues to increase in importance in the provision of services, jobs and self-employment opportunities. However, as contextual environments become increasingly complex and dynamic, so innovation are needed in order to improve operating efficiencies, initiate or renew life-cycle stages, and realize a closer fit between organizations and the rigours of their markets. There are a number of correlates of innovation in franchising, including external conditions, organizational culture and climate and franchisee characteristics. Offer an exploratory overview of these factors and argues that franchisee autonomy can play a pivotal role in influencing innovative behaviour.

Franšiza kao organizacijski oblik nastavlja povećavati važnost pružanja usluga, radnih mjesta i mogućnosti samozapošljavanja. Međutim, kako kontekstualna okruženja postaju sve složenija i dinamičnija, tako su potrebne inovacije kako bi se poboljšala operativna učinkovitost, pokrenule ili obnovile faze životnog ciklusa, te ostvarilo bliže usklađenost između organizacija i rigoroznosti njihovih tržišta.
