Sažetak
Herbicides are quite similar to drugs in the physicochemical properties which largely determine ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion) profile of molecules. Although herbicides are drug-like compounds, there are differences in the optimal properties for herbicides and drugs. The application of cheminformatic approaches, reveals that these differences are largely associated with distribution ways of chemical compounds in plants and human body.
