Globalization, Global Governance and Global Security
In the period to come, International Relations as a scientific discipline will draw the attention of scholars by the whole range of significant subjects. International Relations are being developed through a mixture of some known and some new lines, they are being faced with a range of already common factors, but also with some of them that are just gaining momentum. Issues such as unequal development, overpopulation in undeveloped countries, destruction of the human environment as well as increasingly forceful forms of terrorism are gaining more and more importance. The theories of International Relations that failed so far to explain international processes in the monistic approach and to predict them, won’t manage to do so neither in the future. It is by far much easier to imagine that besides so-called traditional theories of International Relations some new ones will emerge that will try to explain International Relations. In the limelight of those new efforts to reach the essence of the significant movements in the contemporary world, one of the central subjects, that will demand its elaboration, will be related to globalization, global governance and global security.
