The Role of Services Marketing in the Experience Economy
The presentation is dedicated to the concepts that characterize the experience economy (in science and arts, more specifically museums) and as such help to understand the needs and wishes of service users as well as strategic marketing thinking about shaping and positioning service offerings. The shaping of an experiential offer has an incremental impact on diversity, uniqueness and competitive advantage ; service users get unique and memorable experiences and experiences through the moments of surprise and wonder.
