Innovative Motor Learning in Early Childhood
The paper presents the role of contemporary teachers in reducing the increasing rate of physical inactivity of children as well as in decreasing the gap between active lifestyle and virtual reality. The purpose of this article was to introduce an innovative model of motor learning and teaching, by which teachers can develop children friendly physical exercise problems that they target effectively to a proactive learning, and to allow children a number of physical activity outcomes, and thus promote physical activity of children. The paper presents the characteristics of motor learning in early childhood with a focus on innovative teaching and highlight recommendations that may contribute to optimal motor development and reduced physical activity of children. An overview of the findings in the field of innovative teaching movement is presented, which is based on the principle of vitality of learning on the autonomy of the teacher and his professional competency approach. In conclusion the innovative model is presented in which an educator can create children preferred physical problems that encourage proactive learning and allow a number of physical movement outcomes, and promote physical activity for children. The aim of this article is to strengthen the development of innovative strategies in the approaches to teaching physical exercise in childhood to increase their quality of life.
