Sažetak
Proliferation of GNSS receivers across Intelligent Transport Systems gains momentum, with deployment of services such as the EU-wide eCall. In-vehicle positioning devices ma! serve a novel purpose in provision observations related to the qualit! of satellite-based positioning. Here we propose a system and a methodology for voluntary collection of anonymised'stationary raw GNSS pseudorange measurements from the Android-based vehicle systems for the purpose of continuous monitoring o/ GNSS positioning performance within the ITS. The proposed system would be capable of identification of both naturally and artificially caused GNSS positioning performance degradation through utilisation of dedicated machine learning-based anomaly detection methods. Given that, the ITS may become a contributor to protection of the national infrastructure, of which the satellite navigation systems are important components.
