Water level oscillation model in accumulation
In this paper, the mathematical water level oscillation model is going to be described. The aim and objective of the research are to compare computational and measured oscillations of the water level in accumulation according to inflow and outflow of the a ccumulation [1]. In order to accomplish that, a physical model of the accumulation in the rain chamber (HM 145 Advanced hydrological investigations) is prepared. The experiment is conducted in Laboratory for hydraulic engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The experiment is performed under the different initial conditions of the accumulation water levels and different cases of water inflow and outflow. The volume of the accumulation is precisely determined by use of the Structure – from - Motion (SfM) photogrammetry [2] and the inflow and outflow from the accumulation is measured in a time step of the Δt=1s.
