Promjena radnog ponašanja učenjem
The basic aim of this paper is to explore the possibilities of changing work behavior by learning. Accordingly, the subject of research relevant to this work is four basic ways of learning behavioral change: 1) learning through reinforcement, 2) learning through feedback, 3) learning by observing, and 4) learning through experience. In order to change unwanted behavior or to strengthen desirable forms of employee behavior, it is essential that their behavior be controlled and directed by the learning process. Thus organizations will have successful and productive employees dedicated to achieving the goals of the organization.
