This research aspires to illuminate aspects of the development of Ephesian craft production, particularly through the repertory and other traits of the 2nd and 1st c. BCE ceramic workshops, embedded in the socio-political-cultural realm, as well as infer on the upsurge in mobility of people in the context of globalizing economic trends and dynamics of cultural transference within the seaborne connectivity networks of the Hellenistic Mediterranean.
