Automating of an adaptable fixing device for cyber physical production systems
his work describes automation procedure of a mechatronic system, an adaptable fixing device, guided by the connected industry principles. The automation of mechatronic device starts from modeling and synthesis of low loop controllers, motor axle position estimation using Hall sensors to the conceptual implementation of high level functionalities such as hold object and release object, at the end. Additionally, an Industry 4.0 interface for an adaptable fixing device is described: the implementation of virtual system model (virtual twin model) and the implementation of an Industry 4.0 interface using oneM2M network standard. The device is designed to be a part of experimental cyber physical production setup at the advanced production automation department of Robert Bosch GmbH .
