Brussels II bis Recast – Something old, something new…

This presentation addressed the most important amendments proposed in relation to the Brussels II bis Regulation. Identifying the old, the new, the borrowed and the blue, served as the starting point in specifying the metodology in the proposed text and providing basis for discussion on the advantages and possible challenges should the proposal be adopted.
