Sažetak
The concept of reasonable accommodation developed in non-discrimination law mostly in the context of disability discrimination has a potential to be developed beyond the area of disability discrimination. Namely, this concept could be transferred to employment law in order to protect other vulnerable employees: pregnant workers, working parents, employees with other dependent family members, older workers and religious employees. Taking into account the integrative function of employment law, the concept of reasonable accommodation belongs to both: to the area of non-discrimination and to the area of employment law
