Cam Driven Radial Piston Hydromotors Without Flow Fluctuation

The best results in a hydraulic transmission can be only assured by using pumps and hydromotors with as little as possible flow fluctuation. The flow and displacement fluctuation of radial piston hydromotors with cam driving mechanisms depends not only from the piston and cam numbers (i.e. stroke numbers per revolution), but also from the shape of cam profile. In this paper will be proposed the new design of cam driven radial piston hydromotor without flow fluctuation. That is an ideal solution for application of these machines in precision engineering, as for example in hydraulic transmission with extremely low starting, i.e. hold up speed.
